Andrea Barlow is the kind of person every property team needs. Experienced, vibrant, quick witted and never afraid to say what everyone else is thinking.

With more than two decades in real estate, Andrea brings a depth of knowledge that can only come from having genuinely lived the industry. A fully licensed real estate agent since 2003, her experience spans property management, business development, sales and even personally purchasing, renovating and developing property. She has managed portfolios of up to 180 properties, built rent rolls from the ground up and worked extensively with owners, tenants and investors.

But experience is only part of what makes Andrea special.

She is an anchor for both her clients and the Junction team. Someone people can turn to when they need perspective, practical advice or simply a straight answer. Andrea speaks her mind freely, believes transparency is always the best policy and would rather have an honest conversation than tell someone what they want to hear.

Behind the humour and larger than life personality is someone who cares deeply about doing the right thing. Whether she is protecting an owner's investment, working through an issue with a tenant or supporting someone within the team, Andrea approaches it with the same philosophy: be upfront, use your experience and do everything you can to find the best outcome.

Her background also gives her a rare understanding of property beyond traditional management. Before moving into agency real estate, Andrea spent more than a decade purchasing and developing approximately 20 properties herself, from sourcing opportunities and subdivisions to renovations and even getting her hands dirty with the work.
